DON DANIELE BIO is our Aceto Balsamico Premium Line. DON DANIELE is made of boiled grapejuice and is fermented in a slow and natural process. It matures in barrels made of oak, cherry and chestnut is done over the course of many years. Slowly it ripens to become glowingly dark brown in colour and thick in consistency. Then ist taste is sour-sweet, well balanced and harmoniously spicy.

Our Aceto Balsamico di Modena is a certified biological product. No chemical substances, artificial preservatives or caramel sugars spoil this high quality product of nature.

DON DANIELE *** matured for three years.
Suitable for salads, meat and for seasoning fine sauces.

DON DANIELE ***** has matured for fifteen years.
Suitable for grated Parmesan, for drizzling onto goose-liver, salmon, Carpaccio, Buffalo Mozzarella, fresh strawberies and vanilla ice cream.
